Terms and Conditions:
- Room rates are based on 30 consecutive nights of rental per room and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- *Room rate is subject to 10% service charge.
- Room reservation can be made by emailing reservation@youthsquare.hk or calling (852) 3721 8994.
- The check-in guest must hold a valid national passport issued by the participating country and is ordinarily residing in that participating country.
- Valid working holiday visa issued by the HKSAR must be provided upon reservation.
- Valid overseas passport copy must be provided upon reservation.
- Each person can reserve one room only in each stay and he/she must check in and register as the staying guest.
- Minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. In case stay becomes 29 nights or below, the best available rate will be applied.
- Maximum staying period should be according to the approved working holiday visa.
- This monthly rate is not applicable for Hong Kong residents.
- Confirmation of stay is subject to availability and operation status. Room rate is subject to change without prior notice.
- Apart from the paid stay period, Y Loft will not guarantee the guest’s continued stay in the unpaid period.
- Extension of stay will be subject to the sole discretion of Y Loft, room types and room rates may vary.
- Full payment must be made for the entire stay at the time of confirmation. All advance room payment will be forfeited in case of amendment, cancellation, shortening of stay or failure to arrive on the arrival date.
- In case of emergency or operation arrangement, Y Loft can terminate the stay and request the guest to check out immediately. Y Loft will refund the unused part of rental with no further compensation.
- For registered guests stay only. No assignment or sub-lease to any other party.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers.
- Maximum occupants apply to different room types, additional guests are required to reserve extra rooms.
- To support environmentally policy, disposable personal amenities (e.g. slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush etc) will not be provided.
- All guests must follow the terms and conditions, and all rules and regulations of Y Loft. Y Loft reserves the right to evict the offender. All deposit and payment will not be refunded.
- In case of dispute, Y Loft reserves the right on the final decision.
