Youth Square is a government venue. Facilities include Y Theatre, Y Studio, Y Platform, multi-purpose area, office, retail shop and youth hostel.

You can apply to hire our Major Facilities and Multi-purpose Rooms online or download and complete a corresponding booking application form and submit together with required supporting documents to Operations Department of Youth Square.

All applications will go through an approval procedure in accordance with the content and nature of proposed function / event, value of youth development, dates and number of days of the proposed function, venue hiring status, nature of the applicant, and hiring records of the applicant, etc. Successful applicants will be required to complete and submit the ‘‘Confirmed Booking Form’’ in order to secure the booking.

Simply choose a seating capacity and your function nature here to start the step by step procedure. Or if you see any venue you wish to consider, simply add it to your booking list. We accept single or multiple venue and time slot booking applications, just add or remove items on your booking list to proceed.
