Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is valid for reservation is from from 9 March till 1 May 2026 and must check out by 8 May 2026.

3. *Room rate is subject to 10% service charge per room per night
4. Room rate applies to single and double occupancy.
5. This offer is applicable to 2026 DSE candidates, and the valid DSE Admission Form copy must be provided upon reservation.
6. Candidate must be the check-in person with valid photo identity card presented.
7. Guardian must check in with candidate who is aged below 18.
8. Freebies will be provided upon check-in. (While stock lasts)
9. Confirmation of stay is subject to availability and operation status. Room rate is subject to change without prior notice.
10. Apart from the paid stay period, Y Loft will not guarantee the guest’s continued stay in the unpaid period.
11. Extension of stay will be subject to the sole discretion of Y Loft, room types and room rates may vary.
12. Valid credit card is required for arrival guarantee upon reservation. Full room payment or balance payment will be collected on or before check-in.
13. Free cancellation or amendment can be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
14. If cancellation or amendment is made within 48 hours prior to the arrival date or failure to arrive on the arrival date, the first night room charge will be applied as penalty.
15. In case of emergency or operation arrangement, Y Loft can terminate the stay and request the guest to check out immediately. Y Loft will refund the unused part of rental with no further compensation.
16. For registered guests stay only. No assignment or sub-lease to any other party.
17. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers.
18. Maximum occupants apply to different room types, additional guests are required to reserve extra rooms.
19. To support environmentally policy, disposable personal amenities (e.g. slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush etc) will not be provided.
20. All guests must follow the terms and conditions, and all rules and regulations of Y Loft. Y Loft reserves the right to evict the offender. All deposit and payment will not be refunded.
21. In case of dispute, Y Loft reserves the right on the final decision.

This monthly rate is eligible for persons coming to Hong Kong for working holiday under the HKSAR working holiday scheme.

8. Minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. In case stay becomes 29 nights or below, the best available rate will be applied.
9. Maximum staying period should be according to the approved working holiday visa.
10. This monthly rate is not applicable for Hong Kong residents.

11. One month rent must be paid in advance as a deposit upon room confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

The International Student Identity Card Association is the non-profit organization behind the International Student Identity Card (ISIC). The ISIC card is the only internationally accepted proof of bona fide student status.

At Y Loft, International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and International Travel Card (IYTC) holders are entitled to Concession Rate. You can either apply the cards at Y Loft Reception in person or refer to the ISIC website for details.

The concession rate ceiling for different room types are listed below.

1.Eligible ISIC / IYTC holders will be entitled to Concession Rate.

3.Each card holder can reserve one room only in each stay and he/she must check in and register as the staying guest.

4.Valid ISIC / IYTC card must be presented upon check in.

5.In case the valid card is not presented or the card holder is not able to check in on the arrival date, rooms will be based on the published rates.

6.Concession rate cannot be used with any other promotions or special offers.
