This monthly rate is designed for the mainland and overseas exchange students studying in Hong Kong local universities / institutes for exchange studies or internships.

Room rate for every 30 nights:

Twin room at HK$8,160*

Twin room with Balcony at HK$10,200*

Terms & conditions:

1.  Room rates are based on 30 consecutive nights of rental per room and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2.  *Room rate is subject to 10% service charge.

3.  Room reservation can be made by emailing reservation@youthsquare.hk or calling (852) 3721 8994.

4.  Valid mainland or overseas student identity card must be provided upon reservation.

5.  Valid mainland or overseas passport copy must be provided upon reservation

6.  For mainland and overseas students studying in Hong Kong, school admission letter covering the staying dates must be provided upon reservation.

7.  For mainland and overseas students performing internship in Hong Kong, employment letter covering the staying dates must be provided upon reservation.

8.  Each student can reserve one room only in each stay and he/she must check in and register as the staying guest.

9.  Minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. In case stay becomes 29 nights or below, the best available rate will be applied.

10. Maximum stay of 365 nights per student.

11. One month rent must be paid in advance as a deposit upon room confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

12. This monthly rate is not applicable to Hong Kong residents.

13. This monthly rate cannot be used with other promotions or special offers.

14. Y Loft reserves the right of final offer in case of any disputes.
