The concession rate ceiling for different room types:

1. Room Type(s) subject to 10% service charge and 3% government tax per room per night. (The 3% government tax will come into effect on January 1, 2025)

2. Twin Room ( 2 single beds ): $680

2. Twin room with Balcony (2 single beds): $850

3. Triple room (3 single beds): $1,350

4. House of six (6 single beds): $2,100

5. Duplex (6 single beds): $2,640

Application details:

1.Eligible Non-Profit Youth Organizations or Non-Profit Organizations organize youth events will be entitled to Concession Rate.

2.Duly completed and signed original copy of Y Loft Application for Concession Rate.

3.Applicant needs to have reservation at Y Loft & provide youth event detail for vetting and approval.

4.Application should provide the documents as stated in the application form for vetting and approval.

5.Kindly allow sufficient time for application, as the lead time for vetting and approval may take up to 30 working days.

6.In case the concession rate is not approved prior to the arrival date, rooms will be based on the published rates.

7.Concession rate cannot be used with any other promotions or special offers.

8.Y Loft reservations the right of final offer in case of any disputes.
