This monthly rate is eligible for persons coming to Hong Kong for working holiday under the HKSAR working holiday scheme.

Terms and conditions

1. Room rates are based on 30 consecutive nights of rental per room and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Room rate  is subject to 10% service charge and 3% government tax. (The 3% government tax will come into effect on January 1, 2025)
3. Room reservation can be made by emailing reservation@youthsquare.hk or calling (852) 3721 8994.
4. The check-in guest must hold a valid national passport issued by the participating country and is ordinarily residing in that participating country.
5. Valid working holiday visa issued by the HKSAR must be provided upon reservation.
6. Valid overseas passport copy must be provided upon reservation.
7. Each person can reserve one room only in each stay and he/she must check in and register as the staying guest.
8. Minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. In case stay becomes 29 nights or below, the best available rate will be applied.
9. Maximum staying period should be according to the approved working holiday visa.
10. This monthly rate is not applicable for Hong Kong residents.
11. This monthly rate cannot be used with other promotions or special offers.
12. Y Loft reserves the right of final offer in case of any disputes.
